Eligibility for Exchange: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
FINAL SALE Items: Please note that all sale or clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your package. Please note that items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues: We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and promptly notify us if there are any defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong item. Our team will evaluate the issue and make it right.
